Last Day in Manistee at the Little River Casino

East Bay Traverse City Michigan
I heard the humans talking this evening---they have driven 426 mi around the area over the past week checking out the sights.  I thought that they left me a lot!  Between their going to the casino, sight seeing and soaking in the hot tub, I've had the place pretty much to myself.  Today wasn't any different.

They had the breakfast buffet at the casino and then drove up to Traverse City.  While they were there they visited The Village at Grand Traverse Commons Steaks are almost ready. It is one of the largest, historic preservation and adaptive reuse redevelopments in the country.  The renovation of dozens of historic buildings formerly known as the Traverse City State Hospital, and previously, the Northern Michigan Asylum is being transformed into living spaces and shops.  They also stopped at AAA and got a couple maps (I can't believe that they didn't bring any map along.  I found one in the car---for Alabama---lots of help that was.  Guess better late than never.  We can use them on the way home).  After checking out the bay, they headed home to give me treats.  After supper of steak and baked potatoes, they went to the pool in the casino and soaked in the hot tub one last time.  Looks like we are heading home tomorrow.!

About Me

My photo
I am a Swantonian Bushcat. (I was born under a bush in Swanton Ohio),but my people think that I have a lot of Chartreaux in my bloodline because I pray for what I want, am very quiet, lay on my back a lot, and am shaped much like a potato on toothpicks.
