Last Leg of our journey

Well, it looks like we're heading home. We've spent the last two nights near Shreve Ohio at Whispering Hills Yogi Bear Campground. The campground was lovely but we got there after Dark and there were no lights in the campground and the sign for the campground wasn't even lit. The humans tried to call ahead and make a reservation but nobody was answering the phone so we thought we just try and get a spot. There were plenty of spots we just couldn't see them. Finally got into a pull thru and got set up.
We came to this area to see friends from Wickham Park, Spike and Carolyn. We had a lovely time exploring the Amish Country with them. The humans played cards in the evening and Nancy and Carolyn beat spike and Ron in Euchre. (She wanted me to say this because she may never ever beat Ron again.)  The countryside we are driving through is pretty Rolling Hills and lots of trees. The trees haven't turned here nearly as much as they had in Upstate New York and it is a lot warmer. In fact, I think it's been in the high 80s since we got here and more is predicted today. I'm sure glad the 5th wheel has air conditioning so I could be comfy while the humans were gallivanting around the county.

About Me

My photo
I am a Swantonian Bushcat. (I was born under a bush in Swanton Ohio),but my people think that I have a lot of Chartreaux in my bloodline because I pray for what I want, am very quiet, lay on my back a lot, and am shaped much like a potato on toothpicks.
